Profile Cuts & Assemblies

  1. You send us an RFQ with your desired product dimensions or print.

  2. We’ll get back to you quickly with pricing and confirm production and delivery lead time. For customers outside of Florida, courier delivery lead time will play a role.

  3. We work with our partners to create the template and tooling necessary for your template, using CNC machines where appropriate.

  4. We’ll produce a sample for your approval based on preference – the individual parts OR complete assembly. 

  5. Once approved, we’ll produce your order and ship it within our 1-week lead time.

Custom Cuts (Blocks and Sheets)

  1. You send us an RFQ with your desired product dimension or print.

  2. We’ll get back to you quickly with pricing and confirm production and delivery lead time. For customers outside of Florida, courier delivery lead time will play a role.

  3. We’ll produce a sample cut and send it to you for your approval.

  4. Once approved, we’ll produce your order and ship it within our 1-week lead time.
